Title: Daycare Assistant Teacher

Monday to Friday

Shifts from: 6:30am-5:30pm

Salary: from $15 - $18 (commensurate with Education and Experience)

Requirements: Certified Childcare Professional Credential (CCP) Completed in 4 Months, when hired.

Locations: Minooka, Crest Hill, Yorkville, Bolingbrook, and Naperville

Job Description for Daycare Assistant Teacher:

• 
  Assisting Lead Teachers in completing developmentally appropriate lesson plans to the Center Director at least 1 week in advance
• 
  Consistently demonstrating a personal commitment to professional and personal growth
• 
  Maintaining an evident interest in the job; actively participating in staff meetings, training, and workshops
• 
  Ensuring the program cultivates the age-appropriate social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children
• 
  Completion of Certified Childcare Professional Credential (CCP) program, 100% paid for by us, to become Lead Qualified within 90 days of employment

Job Requirements for Daycare Assistant Teacher:

• 
  A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 
  Flexibility around hours and work schedule
• 
  Must be at least 19 years of age
• 
  A passion for working with children
