As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in transforming lives. You'll:
Deliver consistent, one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 5–17
Support children in daily routines, education, and social activities — from appointments to UK trips and holidays abroad
Be a positive role model, providing stability, safety, and emotional support
Help create a nurturing environment where children feel heard and valued
Maintain accurate records in line with care plans
Work collaboratively with a close-knit team and experienced manager
Be resilient through the highs and lows — and always ready to put the child first
