We have a fantastic opportunity for a Substance Misuse Healthcare Assistant to join the team at HMP Winchester, a busy Category B male remand prison located just outside of Winchester City Centre. We are a 10 minute walk from the town and the train station, and have free onsite parking. 

This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. This role offers excellent developmental opportunities and is a great environment to build on your experience within the Substance Misuse Service. We are looking for someone with a real passion for helping others - this role allows you to make a real difference to patients! 
Hours:
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days per week, 8am - 4pm across a 7 day week. The shift pattern involves working weekends on the rota. 
 
Salary:

This position is full time , you’ll receive an annual salary of £26,586 - £30,684 per annum - depending on experience.
