šŸ”Ā Provision: Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7-17, EBD & Mild Learning Difficulties) - This is a New home for an established provider.Ā 
ā³Ā Hours: Various on 36hour or 48hour contract
šŸ’°Ā Salary: £27,144 - Ā£36,192 baseĀ 8-10 sleep-ins/month (Ā£52 per sleep)
šŸ’°Ā Potential take-home:Ā Up to Ā£41,184 per annum

As aĀ Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people withĀ Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD). You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.

āœ… What We’re Looking For
āœ” Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent – see below) or enrolled on.
āœ”Ā Experience working with children in residential careĀ or similar settings
āœ”Ā Ability to manage challenging behavioursĀ and create a nurturing environment
āœ”Ā Full UK Driving LicenceĀ (Essential)
āœ”Ā Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects)
šŸ’”Ā Alternative Qualifications Considered:
If you hold aĀ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, we will consider your application if you can demonstrate experience working with children and or YPs

šŸ”¹Ā Support less experienced staffĀ and lead shifts as required
