š°Ā Salary: £27,144 - Ā£36,192 baseĀ 8-10 sleep-ins/month (Ā£52 per sleep)

As aĀ Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people withĀ Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD). You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.

What Weāre Looking For
ā Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent ā see below) or enrolled on.
āĀ Experience working with children in residential careĀ or similar settings
āĀ Ability to manage challenging behavioursĀ and create a nurturing environment
āĀ Full UK Driving LicenceĀ (Essential)
āĀ Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects)
š”Ā Alternative Qualifications Considered:
If you hold aĀ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, we will consider your application if you can demonstrate experience working with children and or YPs
