Staff Nurse – £20.50 per hour | Day Shifts, 42 Hours per week

As a Staff Nurse (Day Shifts), you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care throughout the day, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and supported. Working closely with the care team, you’ll lead by example and maintain clinical standards while creating a calm and respectful environment.

What You’ll Need

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
• Previous nursing home experience is essential
• A calm, compassionate, and confident approach to care
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
• Good communication and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during day shifts
• Safely manage medication, care plans, and clinical documentation
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any health changes or concerns
• Provide leadership and guidance to care staff on shift
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for all residents
