Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong client portfolio within the care home sector
- Source, screen, and place skilled healthcare professionals, including nurses and care staff
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients to ensure the best placements
- Drive business development, generating leads and securing new partnerships
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
- Stay up to date with industry trends and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment (healthcare or care home sector preferred)
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in the healthcare sector is a plus
