My client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team, specialising in the Care Homes sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing desk, build strong client relationships, and place top-tier healthcare professionals in care settings across Essex.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong client portfolio within the care home sector
  • Source, screen, and place skilled healthcare professionals, including nurses and care staff
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients to ensure the best placements
  • Drive business development, generating leads and securing new partnerships
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and compliance requirements

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (healthcare or care home sector preferred)
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations in the healthcare sector is a plus
