Personal Care Assistant

Description of the role:

The Personal Care Assistant at University Home Care in Shelby Township, MI will provide direct care and support to clients in a home care setting. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene tasks, meal preparation, and light household chores.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

• Driver license and transportation
