Compensation from $13 to $14/hour - plus additional differential!

Status/Shift: Part Time Day 

Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry
Skills/Experience:
  • Previous experience working with older adults preferred 
  • Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and as a team
Expectations:
  • Assists residents in all activities of daily living and independent activities of daily living.
  • Responds to all resident requests for assistance and/or call bells.
  • Observes residents and reports changes in condition to the appropriate team members.  
  • Communicates and documents services provided to residents.
  • Performs basic care procedures.
  • Assists with transportation of residents to outside appointments.
  • Initiates and completes appropriate resident activities.  
  • May assist with mealtimes.
