As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care and encouragement to help individuals build life skills and grow in confidence. From supporting with daily routines to planning fun social outings, youβll be part of a close-knit team making a lasting impact.
Encourage independence and build meaningful relationships
Support with daily tasks: cooking, cleaning, appointments, etc.
Help individuals take part in community and social activities
Accurately record care plans, risk assessments, and progress
Be a calm, consistent, and reliable presence
Solid experience working with challenging behaviours
Great communication (verbal and written)
A proactive attitude and passion for helping others
Willingness to support people both at home and in the community
A commitment to safeguarding and dignity at all times
