Are you trained in British Sign Language (BSL Levels 1, 2 or 3)? Do you have a good understanding of autism? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Margate, supporting a male individual with autism in his own home. This is a full-time role with long day shifts A driving licence is preferred, as you’ll need to support community access and outings.

• Support with daily living skills like cooking, dressing, and household tasks
• Assist with medication and care plans
• Encourage social interaction and support hobbies
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Safeguard and protect individual rights

💡 About You

• BSL trained (Level 1, 2 or 3) – essential
• Knowledge of autism and experience with challenging behaviour – desirable
• Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Energetic, kind and ready to make a difference
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
