Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Branch - based with community visits)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

We're looking for a dedicated Complex Care Nurse to join our Crewe branch. If you have experience with high-dependency adult patients and a passion for delivering outstanding community care, this role could be a perfect fit.

The Role

• Based at the Crewe branch, with some community visits

• Support adult patients with critical health conditions, including tracheostomy and ventilator care

• Oversee clinical care plans and support carers in the field

• Deliver training and conduct clinical assessments

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (no shifts on weekends)

Who We’re Looking For

• NMC - registered Adult Nurse

• Solid experience with tracheostomies and ventilators

• Ideally working in the community currently

• Also open to:

• Clinically strong nurses from ITU/ICU settings

• Nurses from residential critical care environments with similar patient exposure

• Independent, confident, and clinically sound
