Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality personal care and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with daily routines, activities, and appointments
- Assisting with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Accurately following care plans and documenting key information
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
You Must Have:
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a care setting in the UK (e.g., residential, supported living, home care)
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting independence
- Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Up-to-date or willing to complete training in:

- Autism Awareness & Understanding
- Restraint Alternative / MAPA (Managing Actual or Potential Aggression)
- Positive Behavioural Support

- Two references and relevant identification documents
