Who will you be supporting?

  • Our ages range from 54 to 73
  • We face different challenges based on our individual needs. Some include going to a physical environment which is not accessible, physical barriers such as steps and curbs when out in the community can make it hard to navigate our wheelchairs. Our staff team try to ensure that these obstacles are not a problem for us which enables us to enjoy the community and surrounding areas
  • Staff are trained in all mandatory training including administration of medication, Moving and Positioning, First Aid, Fire Safety Awareness, Safeguarding

  • We are proud of our lovely home and the relationships we have with each other and our staff team
  • We like to attend the Warrington Wolves activity sessions, Walking for Wellbeing with other Services, day trips out, pub lunches and shopping trips.
  • We like to spend time together and individually with our staff team. 
  • We aspire to continue to live happy and healthy lives with the help and support of our staff team
  • We like to explore our local community by taking walks in the local park and also by getting out and about in the car with our staff team
  • We would describe ourselves as happy, friendly, warm-hearted and kind
  • We get along with all sorts of people. We like a calm, quiet environment as we can can get anxious when it is too loud For this reason we get along better with calm people
 
 
 
 
 Other Important Information?
 
 There are between 2 and 4 colleagues on shift at any one time

Our staff team work shifts as follows - 07:00 - 09:00, 08.00 - 21 :OO, 09:00 - 23:00 sleep, 09:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 20:00

We need support in all aspects of personal care and help and support in and around the community Any staff that join us would have full access to our care plans which are detailed in all areas of the care we require
