Hilltop Lodge short break service for children with disabilities is seeking enthusiastic Residential Child Care Workers to join our dedicated team.

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments and create a nurturing environment for our amazing children. 

From organising fun activities to providing compassionate support, every day will be a new adventure. Our aim is to create an environment for our children that is filled with laughter and joy. 

 

Hilltop Lodge in Great Harwood is one of 3 Residential Overnight Breaks services in Lancashire … possible opportunities to be part of this team don’t come up often.

Previous experience in childcare or related fields is a plus but not required – we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds!
