We are building a team to support a client who lives independently in their own home and requires support with personal care, moving & assisting and social support. The team will provide consistency and continuity of care to our client and support them to achieve a range of outcomes, you will be a central to their daily life with the objective of enriching and improving their independence.
Shift patterns are and will operate on a 4 on / 4 off rota.
