Join Home Instead Cuffley, Cheshunt & Harlow as a Home Care Assistant and help older adults in Cuffley, Cheshunt and Goffs Oak to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
What You'll Do:
Visit clients in their own homes (all local to Harlow & Roydon)
Help with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Support with medication (prompting or administering)
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Build real relationships with minimum 1-hour visits
What We Offer:
£12.75 – £13.50 per hour (double pay on bank holidays)
Paid mileage between client visits
Fully paid training, including Care Certificate and ongoing development

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Local to Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak
Available for mornings and/or evenings
UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
Reliable, kind, and compassionate
Previous care experience welcome, but not required – we provide full training
Enhanced Adult DBS Check will be required
