Job Description

To be eligible for an interview, you must:

  • Live within the postcodes of: SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN26, SN7, OX12

At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we are looking for new Evening Care Assistant's to join our team of friendly faces and make a difference to the older people in the local areas!
If you are compassionate, reliable, a good communicator and able to work independently, then we want to hear from you!
Our evening visits start from 5pm and can work with the hours that you are able to commit too. We also support throughout the day and have hours available to suit you. 

As an Evening Care Assistant with us, the role will involve:

  • Assisting with end of day and evening routines such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals and evening medication
  • Supporting mobility and personal care needs
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns

We do need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired.
