Location: Morecambe
Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour 

Shifts Available: 8 am - 8 pm, 8 pm - 8 am

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health. You may support people to go to work/ college, with personal tasks, household jobs, taking part in hobbies, accompanying them on day trips or even planning a holiday. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. 

Qualifications

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone caring and compassionate, with excellent listening skills. Previous experience in tracheostomy care and managing challenging behaviours is essential. Don’t worry if you need a refresher - comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.
