Your Role:

As a Care Professional, you’ll:

• Help clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and general well-being
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Maintain accurate care records and keep families informed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
