Join our dedicated theatre team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hopital.

Are you a compassionate and proactive healthcare assistant looking for flexi work in a supportive and modern environment? Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Theatre HCA to support our theatre department in delivering safe, high quality care.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Bank Theatre HCA you will work as part of a MDT providing vital support to patients and clinical staff within the operating theatre environment.

  • Assistant in the preparation of theatres and equipment
  • Ensuring patient comfort, safety and dignity at all times
  • Transporting patients to and from the theatre
  • Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous healthcare experience (Ideally in a theatre/hospital setting )
  • NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care is desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, flexible and proactive approach to patient care
  • Comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Flexible to work at least 1-2 weekday shifts
