The Home...

A 4 Bed Children home for child aged 6 to 17 years. The children have various needs and have been identified as having Problematic Sexualised Behaviour.


Company Ofsted track record…
This is a new home and currently has not had it’s first inspection, however, the company in 2023 attained Good and Outstanding for 49 of it’s 52 homes

A large top-tier provider, that operates nationally with over 50 homes. They have the best company-wide track record for Ofsted.

By the end of 2024, there will be an additional 23 homes within the group.

In the regions of Stoke and Chester, there are over 20 homes with a mix of PSB, Therapeutic and EBD.

What does Progression look like…


Working Week and Pay…

Managerial time and on-shift time:  40 hours per week / 173 hours per month. You are paid for any time over time.

Sleeps: 6 are required per month, paid at £50 per sleep.

Base Salary(without sleeps): £24,000

Additional pay: £250 on completing your Therapeutic Training, deliver in-house

There is a 2-week full paid & expensed training course/induction hosted by one of the Regional Managers. This takes place in one location and you will meet other new staff from across the country who are starting the new journey with this excellent provider. 

The Provider provides extensive and relevant training to support staff members in their roles and ensure career development. Additionally, staff are supported by a friendly and supportive management team.


What you will need/None-Negotiables

Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent or be over 60% through the course. 

Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.

Be at least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.

Have a valid driving licence.
