Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with medication reminders and administration.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Help with shopping and errands.
  • Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Manager.
  • Record and maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide dementia care and support where required
  • Follow care plans tailored to individual client needs
